Purpose |
The Senior Technical Officer in charge of EBM User Training is responsible for supporting the deployment and effective use of EBM solutions by planning, organizing, and delivering training programs to both internal and external users. By ensuring stakeholders understand and can effectively use the available EBM tools (e.g., EBM Software, EBM mobile app, VSDC, online EBM platform), thereby contributing to improved tax compliance and digital service adoption. |
Key duties and responsibilities |
- Plan individual work assignments to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs.
- Organize and conduct regular user training sessions on available EBM solutions such as the EBM software, EBM mobile app, VSDC, and online EBM platforms.
- Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder training sessions, including businesses and partners, to ensure awareness and correct usage of EBM tools.
- Develop, update, and deploy user training materials including manuals, guides, video tutorials, FAQs, and other learning content.
- Provide user support during training implementation phases and track challenges faced by users.
- Collect feedback from training sessions and continuously improve training approaches.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to the supervisor, including performance metrics and recommendations for improvements.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Technology, Management, Business Administration, Taxation, Economics, Public Administration specialized in Information technology, Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Economics

Required Experiences |
- 4 years experience in Training related field with at least 1 year in Electronic Billing Machine (EBM) Technical Support.
