    Job Purpose:

    Reporting to the Shareholders Relationship Manager, this position leads to close follow-up shareholders services such as sale and issuance of shares, processing transfer and re-registration and providing cost-based information. Meet the shareholders needs through knowledge and utilization of appropriate communication.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Ensure sound communication and reporting.
    • Follow up activities of the shareholders’ committees and boards in support of the business of the bank and ensure effective communication between staff of the bank.
    • Assuring the implementation and compliance with the shareholders’ legal requirements
    • Analyze and monitor the meeting reports of the shareholders’ representative committees.
    • Ensure the implementation of the relevant recommendations made by the shareholders’ representatives committees.
    • Implement mechanisms aimed at building capacity of shareholders representative committees.
    • Implement appropriate strategies for the effective use of the shareholders committees in line with Banks targets.
    • Evaluate the shareholders’ inputs towards the development of the Bank.
    • Any other duties as assigned.

    Daily Responsibilities.

    • Ensure shareholders’ representatives understand their role in disseminating the information on shares (registration and selling)
    • Follow up meetings of shareholders representatives at each branch/year.
    • Overseeing the activities of local shareholders representative committees
    • Ensuring effective communication between shareholders and BPR Management
    • Cleaning the shareholders registry
    • Responding to shareholders’ queries from the branches.
    • And any other duties deemed necessary by the Line Manager Educational qualifications and work experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in any Business-Related Course
    • More than 4 years’ experience in Shareholders relationship services, Banking or corporate experience
