    Job Purpose:

    The Manager HNW, Affluent and Credit Cards is responsible for driving the growth, strategy, and profitability of the High Net Worth (HNW) and Affluent customer segments, with a strong focus on credit card products. The role requires expertise in relationship management, product development, portfolio management, and customer experience enhancement. The manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the bank’s value proposition for these segments while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management guidelines.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Execute the HNW banking tactical plan to grow the bank’s HNW and Affluent customer and card bases, deposits, assets, and high-value yield per customer.
    • Develop and oversee innovative, commercially viable products, services, and channels that enhance the bank’s competitive positioning.
    • Lead recruitment and relationship management of HNW customers, conducting regular customer visits to enhance engagement and retention.
    • Drive credit card utilization, increase outstanding balances, and manage customer attrition through targeted campaigns and strategic initiatives.
    • Act as a key liaison for product development, ensuring that offerings for HNW customers align with their financial needs and market trends.
    • Manage stakeholder engagement across key business units, including Credit, Platinum Banking, Marketing, and Projects, to align strategies and optimize service delivery.
    • Facilitate and coordinate sales activities and training at Platinum Centers and branches to achieve business targets and enhance frontline effectiveness.
    • Monitor and analyze current business trends, gather market intelligence on credit card offerings, and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Prepare and provide monthly management information (MI) reports related to HNW customer performance, portfolio analysis, and business insights.
    • Ensure enterprise-wide risk management by adhering to KYC, AML, and CFT guidelines while maintaining high compliance standards.

    Daily Responsibilities.

    • Engage with HNW and Affluent clients to provide personalized financial solutions and maintain strong relationships.
    • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPI) for credit card utilization and customer portfolio growth.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless product offerings, marketing campaigns, and customer service delivery.
    • Prepare daily reports and updates on customer engagement, sales activities, and compliance adherence

    Educational qualifications and work experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business
    • Professional qualification in Financial & Banking Certifications
    • Four (4) Years’ experience in Credit Analysis, and customer relationship management
    • Master’s Degree is an added advantage
