Position: Officer, Compensation & Benefits

Key Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate must have at least:

  1. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
    OR

  2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Performance Management.

  3. Proven record in understanding performance management tools and setting KPIs.
