FFRP Parliamentary Formu Specialist – CHAMBER OF DEPUTIES (COD)

Job responsibilities

– Ensure the coordination of the FFRP activities; – Ensure the proper execution of different programs as well as the quality of results in accordance with the project document and its logical framework; – Prepare and ensure the execution of the planned activities of the FFRP; – Coordinate with Development Partners, and other stakeholders to establish collaborative measures in the implementation of the planned activities; – Monitor and evaluate impact of funded programs to enhance accountability and attract future funding; – Approve, at first level, all financial transactions of FFRP through MINECOFIN Smart IFMIS; – Ensure the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual activities and financial reports and participate to the technical meetings organized by different FFRP partners – Ensure the proper use of material and equipment of the FFRP; – Maintain absolute confidentiality of all information relating to the work during and after the contract period; – Perform any other activities of the FFRP as it may be requested.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration

      3 Years of relevant experience

    • Master’s Degree in Project Management
